Contact details: name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and any other information you submit through a form on our site (lead forms, trial booking, contact requests).
Payment information: when you pre-pay for a trial or session, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we receive only a tokenized reference and the last four digits.
Health-and-goal context: if you tell us about your wellness goals or relevant health context during a consultation, we log this in our client records to personalize your sessions. Red light therapy is a wellness service, not a medical treatment, and Genesis Red Light is not a HIPAA-covered entity. We still treat this information with care and do not share it with anyone outside our clinic staff.
Communications: messages you send us via SMS, email, or our website.

Information collected automatically

Device + browser data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and pixel tags from Meta (Facebook), Google, and our website platform (GoHighLevel) to understand how visitors interact with our site and to measure ad performance.
Conversion events: when you submit a form, book a session, or complete a purchase, we send a corresponding event to Meta (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) and Google Ads. These events tell our advertising partners that an ad worked — your name, email, and phone number are hashed (irreversibly scrambled) before they're sent.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Consent

When you provide your phone number on one of our forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from Genesis Red Light at that number, including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and marketing offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help. Frequency varies — typically 2–6 messages per month.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the following categories of service providers, each of whom is contractually required to protect it:

GoHighLevel — our client relationship management platform; stores your contact info, appointments, and message history.
Stripe — processes payments.
Meta Platforms, Inc. — receives hashed conversion events through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API for ad measurement.
Google LLC — receives hashed conversion events for Google Ads measurement and provides website analytics.
Email and SMS delivery providers used by GoHighLevel.
